The Ask: With the opening of our new Coldwell Banker Caine Lakes Office at Lake Keowee, I was tasked with designing a marketing asset for real estate agents that featured a custom map of the area, highlighted key communities, and showcased the new office location.
The Challenge
Agents sell in luxury lakefront communities, so the map needed an elevated look while staying clear and easy to navigate. It needed to be refined, functional, and beautiful without clutter or a standard Google-map feel.
The Opportunity
Create a piece that transports the client into the luxury lifestyle of Lake Keowee living while serving as a functional tool for navigating the area.
The Solution
I drew a map using a neutral, calming color palette, elegant serif typography, and layered textures to achieve a polished, high-end look. The final piece is a fold-out handout that expands to a full-size, highly readable map, then folds down to a standard 8.5" x 11" size, making it easy for agents to carry and share with clients.
